Being in Flow can feel absolutely delicious! It can feel like you’re seriously on top of the world because the ideas are coming, stuff is getting put together like magic, and you’re getting the results you want.
I dove into exploring what exactly Flow is since I became clear that my passion is to help others get out of resistance and into Flow. I use my channelled art and words to help my collectors finish healing and get back into deliberately creating what’s next for them, feeling focused, clear and confident.
Yes, if feels so good to be creating/finding solutions to every challenge that comes your way and managing your energy so that your ducks stay in a row.
But flow is not just always flying high. That definitely feels the best, but sometimes stuff happens in your day that triggers you. Life always causes us to grow and so, challenges continue to arise.
Can you still be in Flow when you’re triggered?
The answer is a resounding YES. Here’s how.
In that moment when you’re experiencing a trigger or a challenge being in Flow means you don’t beat the shit out of yourself for what appears to be a loss of momentum.
It means that even if you have an epic emotional reaction you forgive yourself, are kind to yourself, and love yourself more, not less.
You only lose of momentum if you start to beat up on yourself. Because that’s when your vibration goes south.
It’s that simple.
In fact, it’s so simple that I used to discount it as too simple.
But it’s not. Simple is exactly what you need when you’re triggered by a challenge, problem, or circumstance.
The secret to Flow is always remembering to love yourself more, not less.
How do you remember to love yourself more? You can do any number of things that feel good to you. I’m working on something helpful and super exciting behind the scenes right now that I’m going to reveal very soon! Just gotta make sure it’s all flowing properly 🙂 Stay tuned for more info next week!
